Collection Exposed : TMNT SHELLRAISER 2003

Hello....The turtles are back with a new series and new sets again. The new ShellRaiser is great but I have a  bigger version from 2003. The only gadgets are the front winding hook, pop out sides cannons, 2 top firing missiles and an open top cover. That's it! Yes, big enough to load up the turtles and that makes TMNT toys so playable and real toys indeed, just like the 80's.

A very basic toy Van that still uses stickers to enhance it's features like headlights etc.

Here is the big guy!!!

Toy Viewing : Vampirella

Sculpted by Clayburn Moore, born a vampire. She is here to defend humans. Sound like Blade who also possessed the powers and not afraid of sunlight or garlic.

This figure is released in the year 2000 and she is one fine piece of art to miss.

She cannot be considered as an action figure as the only articulation is her shoulders and wrists and slight movement of the neck. That's all. She is created to be a statue, not for play.

Accessories comes with a pistol, crossbow and stick. The stand is amazing too.

Needless to say, she is hot. How can she fight in such a costume? Going for Olympics or ? I leave to your imagination.

Generally, she has a great sculpt but almost zero playability.

What's the Catch? : Moore collections

Recently, bumped into a deal that bundle in a total of 9 figures from the Moore collections.

Picked up them in mint in box but cards are creased and yellow. Well, they done the job by protecting the figures safe and that's it!

Too lazy to take individual pictures and I just splash them on the floor for a group photo less the Vampirella which I took it out for a photo shoot. They will take turns for some exposure later.

Guess they are one of those lines which have been forgotten.

What's the Catch? : Clive Baker's Tortured Souls - Scythe Meister

Have you seen this figure? This is a 12 inch Scythe Meister from Tortured Souls series created by McFarlane back in year 2000.

He is one of the five figures from the Tortured Souls 12 inch series and they are hideous and frightening. Not for the faint hearted. This is an extreme toy that are not meant for kids.

I guess they are part of the HellRaiser counterparts and I have second thoughts of buying them as they look scary.

Nevertheless, due to the immerse details and artwork on them, I can only took in a few.

Over here, I have the Scythe Meister and comes with its self torturing accessories. Got a mint in dented box and a badly damaged loose figure. Together they join my 18" Inch HellRaiser Pin head party.

Collection Exposed : Stalking Superman

Superman from the DC Direct " Through the Ages" and in retro form. Previously, I got hold of Bizarro from the DC Origins two pack figures without the other Superman and this Bizarro particularly cool in his retro costume and colours.

Was looking for the 1st Appearance Superman from the Origins but ended up buying this Superman from the four figure pack. This version is more close to the comic version of the 1st Appearance Superman but I do like to have the other version in the Origins, which is of a darker colour.

Anyway, Superman here is fine except that mine has some weak kneel joints, probably fighting with other toy villians. Some colour blemishes here and there

Some fine details on his boots and both fists are clenched. His eyes are shut and I wonder how he gonna fly.

So here he is, looking cool and proud and squarish !!!

What's the Catch? : Griffin - Masters of the Universe

Another great find !!! Griffin from Masters Of the Universe of Mattel.

He-Man is still my childhood hero and it is amazing how the toy line has been revived since 2000.

Now Mattel releases highly priced and much detail toys to the fans and really cost us hefty meal out of it.

Anyway, now He-Man is only for MAN and not boys to purchase.

After all these years, I am captivated by this creature and had to have him if I have a chance at a reasonable price. 101 of collecting - Patience and get it free as a gift.

Bingo !!! Here is Griffin and I got it loose and almost new. Next, find a Beastman to sit on it. Oops!

Half bird half beast. Paws in front, claws at the rear. Beak and two pairs of eyes. A beautiful mystical creature. He also appears in Harry Potter, as a special creature appearance?

The colours are splendidly done and a quality define toy.

Watch Movie : BRAVE

BRAVE.......a good animation to chance upon with a good family theme to go along.

Story goes about with this little Scotland girl princess that hates tradition and tries to escape through witchery. Little does she knows there is a price to pay.

It is also a Bear basis film where you see Big Bear, Mother Bear and three little Bears. Goldilocks now becomes red hair.

Go catch this warm heart filling film.

What's the Catch? : J. Jonah Jameson Spider fight

To stop your growing collection and tempting buys??!!

Stop browsing the web and stop flea market visits.

Here are two deadly spots where hunting cannot be stopped.

I tried to resist but good buys which I cannot just look away and I mean this is one of them from my Sunday Flea market swing.

Complete with table which transforms into and spider and most of all, a readable newspaper !!!

I had a loose Jonah Jameson but I cannot turn away from a complete set that comes with its accessories. Will you???

They even make the newspaper like a real news which you can read it through my magnified picture. Amazingly fun!!!

Here he is and you will know why I loose to the toy side. The other buy will be reveal later...

Readable newspaper zoom in.

What's the Catch? : Trigun - Vash the Stampede

Vash !!! Who knows Trigun ?

This is an action figure from Kaiyodo back in 2000. Back in that time, this figure is considered to be good detailing and articulation and even in today's standard.

Colour is great and price is superb when I acquire from a collector. Still got that price tag when he got it and of course that is not the price I paid.

Box is pretty beat up and have done it's job to protect the figure inside. That's what a package is suppose to do right?

Anyway, great figure good buy and add to my Money the Gale (another great toy from the line).

Meantime, he just need to be in the package before I decide to free him to do his best.
